Holiday dragons are a very mysterious breed. They are only seen during winter, and even then it is hard to catch a glimpse of one. They are responsible for the general cheer that spreads during the holidays. In essence, they are the “Spirits of Winter.”

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Wrapped in Dikes has always loved the canals and waterways that his mother digs, and growing up his favourite thing to do was to help her dig them. Every morning he flies around to see what he can help with, often winding up helping in someone's fields or—if a building is being raised—a construction site. He likes to work with his talons a lot, to the point where he has taken up a personal project of building a structure meant to be played on by wyrmlings, just because it will make them happy. Occasionally it gets damaged by a temper-tantrum or an attempt at magic, but he enjoys fixing it as much as building in the first place.

Sometimes, he wishes he saw more of his brothers. They both moved out of Nworset, and while he does get correspondence from Wrapped in Wintergreen, the other seems to have dropped of the face of Valkemare. Dikes is very concerned that something bad has happened, but is too afraid of the wider world to go searching.
