Red Dragons are similar to typical story book dragons. They shoot flames, can fly, etc. However, they aren’t evil creatures as depicted in myths and won’t go around raiding castles, killing knights, or kidnapping princesses. They live in a variety of habitats, from forests to coastlines to abandoned castles, usually in warm climates, and eat whatever living creatures they can find.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

"Jutu. Jutu." The voices call him. They're always there, echoing around in his head, calling him, wanting him, entreating him down a path. "Jutu." He doesn't want to follow, doesn't want to go, wants to choose his own destiny instead of being dragged down a path, unwilling. Leaving him alone can't be that hard. They're part of him. Attached. Forever. "Jutu." Sleep is no comfort, as the temporary death strengthens their calls. Pain. Pain makes the voices stop. That's what they want—for him to die. "Jutu." No. He doesn't want to die. He can be strong, he can outlive them—he has outlived them. Not much longer. "Jutu." Before he gives in and dies. No. He can live. He must try.

The red dragon has lain in that corner of the infirmary since before anyone can remember. Frequent roars echo from his inanimate frame, while his mind is blocked like light before a curtain. They tried to wake him at first, his mate tried, the healers tried, yelling out his name. Yet he ignored it. As always.
