Ultraviolet Dragons are a heat-loving breed that are most commonly found in hot, arid environments. These hardy dragons are omnivorous and will eat both plant and animal matter, even species with thorny physical defenses such as cacti. They are generally peaceful and often quite friendly, but males will become aggressive and cantankerous during the breeding season. Intense fights take place over females, sometimes resulting in injury for both combatants.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Turquoise WildFire is a remarkable hunter. Despite his poor camoflauge due to his vivid scales, he brings back to the cave more prey than just about anyone else. He will even bring back some very ferocious creatures; tigers, lions, bears, etc. He is even agile enought to catch squirrels nd other rodents for young hatchlings.
