Magi Dragons are, as their name suggests, primarily magic users. They rarely use physical forms of attack. They eat anything they can kill, which is almost everything. They won’t kill unprovoked except when hunting, although they may kill humans if in danger. Their strong magic makes them one of the most feared breeds of dragons.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Law enforcement and citizens at the kingdom of Abravoi are on the lookout for a dragon only known as the Troublemaking Magi Dragon. There are still missing individuals from some older incidents, and portions of the kingdom remain uninhabitable due to her. In this cookpot-shaped unregistered territory lives Moonlight, who is absolutely not a Magi but rather an unusually magical Anagallis. She is absurdly powerful for an Anagallis, and some folks wonder if she isn't what she appears to be and if the pulsing aura of hers is some sort of signifier. Plus, some of the animals like Missus Cinder's pigs and many wild drakes seem afraid of her. Nobody denies that Moonlight's magic is very helpful on the farms, especially when it comes to transport. She is a bit shy and dislikes big cities and powerful rulers, like many people here. When those Abravoians come here asking about people's business and about some Troublemaking Magi Dragon they're looking for, she's nowhere to be found.
