Vampire Dragons are members of the undead. They sustain themselves by drinking the blood of others. It is said that they are only “alive” at night, and seem dead or asleep during the day, as they cannot endure sunlight for long periods of time. Vampire Dragons can only reproduce by changing the eggs of other dragons, puncturing the shell with their fangs and injecting venom that kills the baby inside.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Despite being bitten and raised by one of the most evil Vampires alive, Brute was not like his mother. While Matron fed him stories about how evil and treacherous humans were, he kept wondering what was so bad about them. He was wandering in the forest one day when he found a human wearing a black cloak. He cautiously approached it, and was surprised to find the human slowly reaching a hand forward. The human lightly petted him, and walked away. From that day on Brute believed that humans were brave and loving, for he knew that walking up to and touching an unknown vampire took a lot of courage, and that the human's touch had been gentle and kind, not angry. He was forced to bite an egg to pass his initiation test, and succeeded. However, he knew that this egg should not be raised in a place of such evil and violence, so he took it far away and left it, hoping it would find loving parents. Brute hopes to stop Matron's plans for revenge, and restore peace among humans and dragons.
