Siyat Dragons are extremely smart and have an excellent memory. They are very quick and will often dive through the air making chirps and calls for attention if they feel ignored. Siyat dragons are herbivores and need to eat a lot to make up for all the energy they use with their excitable nature. Groups of Siyat Dragons have a hierarchical structure based on the color of their markings. It is thought that the social status of a dragon is determined by its incubation period—in addition to having different coloration, dragons allowed more time to develop are considered wiser and of higher status.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Whenever Don encounters a complex problem, she likes to suggest building a catapult. Other siege engines are OK, too. Some dragons aren't happy that she enjoys using tools of destruction, and some aren't happy that she forgoes the traditional bodily weaponry. Don is a very smart dragon and skilled in a large and eclectic number of things, but this fondness for catapults appears to be a not-that-useful idiosyncrasy. This method of problem solving has only worked three times. Then again, while she likes talking about catapults, there were only three instances she actually moved forward with building one and point it at a problem, a one hundred percent success rate. It's as if she understands when a crazy suggestion should be taken seriously and when it should remain on paper. In this 142-member community, Don is the only one with this brown and purple look, a unique breed as far as anyone can tell. She says she "came from a mountain" and wound up here in a manner she does not remember.
