Electric Dragons wield electricity with great prowess. Bright sparks race across these dragons’ bodies in a dazzling dance of light, complemented by the blindingly radiant sparks on their tails. Using their bellies and manes as stores for this electrical energy, Electric Dragons wield crackling magic, stunning and electrocuting their prey with a whip of their tail. During mating season it is typically those with the most brilliant sparks—an indicator of strength and hunting ability—that are drawn to each other.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Bolz is a large male with strange, white lightning sparks instead of the normal yellow, with white patterns and white eyes. He is very curious and likes sticking his nose in others' business, is very enthusiastic and hard working, and likes to keep others entertained and comfortable. He also likes collecting stray eggs and hates water. He's slow in combat, but due to his large wings, he can fly quickly. He has a nest (more like a basic shop) in a tree at the entrance of a small town in which he places his collected eggs. He trades eggs for prey, money, and other eggs that humans can raise. He is known for being a fair trader. He also has the ability to collect information from something by sniffing.
