Holiday dragons are a very mysterious breed. They are only seen during winter, and even then it is hard to catch a glimpse of one. They are responsible for the general cheer that spreads during the holidays. In essence, they are the “Spirits of Winter.”

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Common Mistletoe is a common mistletoe in the little town of Loo Cuss, which is composed mostly of caves and rocks because any fancier structures tend to get destroyed. She has the laughable job of guard detail. Her defensive and healing magics are fairly all right, but it's the job itself that is mocked because many residents think it's pointless. She can't be looking at her clients all the time, and they'll probably die soon anyway, whether through their own actions or someone else's. Still, Common Mistletoe is proud of her record. Over the years, she's been deemed good enough that she's never worried about feeding herself or about her stash of mana and shiny stuff.
