Ice Dragons are fierce predators who hunt using their extremely cold breath. The breath of an ice dragon can freeze its prey solid in seconds. The body of an ice dragon is so cold that icicles will form along its skin no matter the outside temperature.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
User Description
A Life is a dragon that constantly wonders about his name. The idea of a life not worth having is ridiculous to him, and yet he finds that some dragons appear to disagree. They say it's not worth living a life filled with hatred and sorrows, but A Life merely scoffs. He believes that no matter the kind of fears, illnesses, and torment someone might face, they can turn it and make it work for the better if they really wanted to. Many of the Ice dragons in his owner's cave consider A Life to be an oddball, the one of few optimists among the slowly growing army of icy pessimists. He doesn't mind, as he uses it as an excuse to communicate with different types of dragons than himself, learning about other breeds and making more and more friends to enhance his life. His mother, Light in the Darkness of Destruction, shares his optimism and hope for happiness, and as such is quite proud to have him for a son.
