Plated Colossus Dragons are one of the largest dragon species. These huge brutes are notorious bullies—they prefer to steal food from other dragons rather than finding it for themselves. As their thick hides are impervious to most forms of physical attack, Plated Colossi simply ignore the other dragons’ protests, or lash the offending dragon with their club-like tail, which can easily break a limb. Plated Colossi have slow metabolisms and do not need to eat often, but they may consume nearly half their body weight in one feeding. These dragons are not incredibly clever and any discussion with them will often center around eating.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Lucy was surprised to see a huge, green beast saunter to her camp and speak: "I'm Dimar's Warrior. And you are my owner." The human tapped her head to make sure her brain was functioning. Dragons don't interact with humans often, much less ask them to be "owners". He continued, "As my owner, you can make me do stuff. What you want. I hunt not-humans, don't worry." Lucy disobeyed not worrying as Dimar's Warrior went on a ramble about lineages. She had a hard time grasping the concept and the words he was using. She didn't even know what "caveborn" was, but she was sweating profusely and didn't dare question the dragon before her. Dimar's Warrior then talked about his once-a-week "breeding program" and his interest for only speckle-throated partners. He didn't seem to notice Lucy's face turning ash-white as he explained his lovemaking habits in detail. Finally, satisfied with his speech, he bowed awkwardly and trundled away. Lucy is the owner of a dragon, and she doesn't know what to do.
