White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Llyfr Virgo had a love of healing ever since she was little, playing hospital with her fellow hatchmates, where she was always the nurse, of course. When she matured, she was heartbroken to discover that her magic was far weaker than the average white dragon, capable of lessening pain, but little more. Llyfr was distraught, and fled the cave, living in the wilderness for many a moon. One evening, a sudden noise startled her, and she went to take off, crashing into a tree, and badly bruising her back leg. As it was late, Llyfr curled up for the night, cushioning her leg with a blanket of soft moss. In the morning, she awoke to find that the bruising had faded, much quicker than it would have if left alone. Sniffing the moss, she realized it must have healing properties, and began a hunt for healing herbs throughout the wilderness. She then returned to the cave, using her knowledge of herbs to become just as good a healer as any of the other white dragons.
