The closest dragon in her ancestry that bears the lineage's name is four generations above her. Lovecraft knows little of the lineage or what being tied to it entails, and being so many generations away doubts she really counts.

Tired of being asked about her bloodline and expected to write horror like her human namesake, Lovecraft prefers to live alone, tending a flower garden hidden in a glade deep within the notoriously dangerous Sunbeam Woods. She keeps herself safe with a hedge of roses, poison oak, and belladonna nightshade that has no openings, to keep out both friend and foe.
