Ultraviolet Dragons are a heat-loving breed that are most commonly found in hot, arid environments. These hardy dragons are omnivorous and will eat both plant and animal matter, even species with thorny physical defenses such as cacti. They are generally peaceful and often quite friendly, but males will become aggressive and cantankerous during the breeding season. Intense fights take place over females, sometimes resulting in injury for both combatants.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Purest Heart is desperate to escape his owner's grasp and the torturous environment of the cave he lives in. The abundance of Ice dragons taking over have made the cave a rather cool, airy place completely unfit for this Ultraviolet's liking. Not to mention very few hatchlings live to adulthood with the increasing population of hatchling killers and psychotic murderers in the cave. Purest Heart has taken to a different method of calling for help. He follows his owner out to watch as she meets up with other cave owners, such as two lovely humans named Herk and Dimar. Every time his owner is distracted by something else, Purest Heart will run up to these other dragon owners (who don't even regard themselves as 'owners', rather than 'caretakers' or some such!) and put on the cutest, most adorable, begging puppy eyes he can manage, gently nudging their side as if to say, "I want to go home with you! Please!"
