Alcedine Wyverns are large, colorful dragons found all over Galsreim. They are highly active and become bored and fidgety with nothing to do, so much of their time is spent travelling. Alcedines are quite speedy on the wing and rarely bother to land until they reach their destination. Because of their speed and navigation skill, Alcedines are sometimes sought by humans looking to have items or letters delivered to faraway locales. Many Alcedines will take them up on it for the right price, and it is not uncommon for Alcedines to have a small hoard of jewellery in their dens or rings on their horns.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

"Blue" arrived to Ledge of Leg six years ago intending to stay long-term. When the records department folks asked what brought him here, he answered that he had tried to retire in the town of Aquebecker, but a Kingcrowne called Wilbur the Siyat III blew up his new teahouse in the name of her deceased dog and shifted blame to the Umbral Path cultists when the Ears of Aquebecker got involved. Blue followed Wilbur the Siyat III looking for recompense and also as part of a side-investigation into the canvas sack conspiracy. Anyway, to make a long story short, while looking for an old kelpie contact who knew something about the dead-hand trade, he landed at Ledge of Leg and took a shine to its flags and festivals. When Blue first said this to the records department folks, they thought he was blatantly lying, but since then, his centuries of adventures have come to light, and what he said is totally believable. No matter how many times others ask for stories, he never seems to run out.
