Tetra Dragons are often found in large groups. They are very social both with their own species and with others. Tetra Dragons are very active and change locations quite frequently. Males defend small parts of territory within the groups but major conflicts rarely occur. Tetra Dragons prefer territory with lots of natural hiding places and can be skittish.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Eteromomence is part of Tetra Means Four's pack and aspires to learn her pack leader's understanding of numbers. In situations where there are (for example) two trees and five birds, she struggles to figure out which numbers to key into in order to see the future. Tetra tried to mentor her, but she gets lost easily. There have been a few times when she was playing marbles with Yend and thought she saw something in one of the marbles, and has been considering getting a full-sized crystal ball to try peering into, but she's such a klutz, she fears she might drop it when trying to pack or unpack it for the pack's many travels. Still, a crystal ball might be just the tool she needs to learn how to read signs in the world around her.
