Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It has a voracious appetite.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Maharana fancies herself as the king of the trees. When they commit crimes against her such as standing in her way and making her bump into them, she uses corporal punishment: she will climb atop them and hop until she feels their lesson has been learned. Since most trees are far larger than Maharana is and impossible for her to climb, she simply punishes fallen leaves directly beneath the offending tree. During fall, crime rate among tall deciduous trees is high, so she jumps on a lot of leaves.
