Storm Dragons are the masters of the skies. They are excellent fliers and land only to rest and eat. In addition, they have full control of the weather. They are very hot-tempered and easily angered. They will attack any human that bothers them, conjuring strong winds and dangerous lightning.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

MistingRain is a rather gentle dragon. She'd prefer a gentle drizzle of rain rather than a fierce storm. She is though, as all Storm dragons are, quick to anger and doesn't hesitate to snap at any dragon or other being that crosses her. She has a good maternal instinct when it comes to raising eggs and hatchlings and often helps out. Hatchlings raised by her tend to be quite well behaved for her tail is sharp and stings like a whip on a young dragons back. Being a bit on the small size for her kind, MistingRain is careful not to let herself be bullied by other dragons when in the sky. The only dragons ever to make MistingRain feel inferior were the legendary Thunder Dragons. Their skill at wielding lightening was very frightening in an awing way for her. She did manage to catch the eye of one of the Thunder Dragons, Xoaspark, and they became loving mates.
