Storm Dragons are the masters of the skies. They are excellent fliers and land only to rest and eat. In addition, they have full control of the weather. They are very hot-tempered and easily angered. They will attack any human that bothers them, conjuring strong winds and dangerous lightning.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Prioritization is the first dragon in November's All-Allowed Guild to wonder about the validity of well-known adages used for medical advice. However, he doesn't like interacting with other dragons if he can help it and is risk-averse, so rather than test the sayings, he just deliberately ponders them and concludes "Ehh, sounds about right to me". While Prioritization has some followers, who say he's doing something valuable for his community, most people who learn of his work don't give it much thought and still do what they have been always doing. The white dragons and other doctors in the area scoff at him, privately out of his mind- and earshot so they won't be subject to his stormy wrath.
