Two-Finned Blunas are a very social breed of dragon, living in packs of dragons called “pods.” Blunas are very curious and playful creatures and several dragons in a pod will often “play” with one other, chasing each other around, tossing seaweed back and forth, and riding ocean swells. They are occasionally seen swimming alongside whales and dolphins.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
User Description
Bluedeeps was ever a suave, smooth dragon, and when the Great War's rumbling began, his silver tongue helped keep himself out of hot water, along with his sister, Blueshell, and his soul-brother, Bluesweeper. All he knew was he had to keep his family away and safe from the fighting ahead.
It wasn't difficult. He didn't tell them why they were going so far out to sea, why they couldn't go back until Bluedeeps said so, but they trusted him.
They returned to find their home torn to pieces. The shallow cove where the water dragons of the Old Featherwing Weyr lived was bloody, and the Blunas were driven out into the wastes of the Traitor King's Weyr for the impure lineages that make them what they are.
His family does not speak to Bluedeeps in their exile, keeping separate from him in the limited clean living water of the wastes, and so he is exiled twice. He knows they feel betrayed because he took away their chance to fight for their home. But they are alive. He can bear their anger.
