Flamingo Wyverns are so named for their resemblance to the tropical birds with whom they often share territory. Their most striking feature is the bony black crest over their faces and snouts, smaller in females, aiding both in digging up food and protection from attack. Females are noticeably brighter than males due to their habit of not straying far from particularly algae-rich feeding grounds.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

X is an urbane and bright flamingo wyvern who knew she wanted to "do good for Chian" since she was young, not content with staying in her tiny riverside community. She is now the top officer at Chian's Department of Public Affairs and Communications. They are advocates for peace and guardians of order, working under the Great Leader of Chian. X has an astoundingly good memory and can recognize and recall individuals after a glance, even those of another species if that species is deemed significant. She observes activity and reports bad dragons to the Department Head, who reports to the Leader. Then Chian's Department of Corrections makes the evildoers go away. X's abilities are valuable for detecting criminals, dissidents, activists, and the like, and she has had months of training to resist illusions and other trickery, so she's even harder to fool. With her Department so efficient at rooting out internal threats, no wonder Chian has been so peaceful and orderly for millennia.
