Waterhorse Dragons received their name due to their horse-like physique and endearing behavior. They are capable of surviving out of water, and when on land their skin secretes a gelatinous goo to retain moisture. However, their large paddle feet are better suited for swimming, and waterhorse dragons tend to move very awkwardly when on land. Waterhorses are very friendly dragons and enjoy playing with humans.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Kathanne is content living in her lake, usually seen tending to a lakebed garden or swimming in circles, two activities that other dragons residing there find boring. They don't mind her spending her days like this, though; they prefer that over her rage-filled quests to teach evildoers a lesson, which occur very rarely but enough to remain on people's minds. During one of these unusual tantrums, Kathanne drops her docile, friendly demeanor and becomes fixated on chasing the culprit down and killing them. Or perhaps just giving them a good talking-to. Her friends easily catch up to her angrily hobbling on land in her enemy's general direction and drag her back home, telling her: this isn't worth it, let him go, this isn't your fight, someone else will avenge them. Kathanne eventually calms down, and after seemingly making a mental note to deal with the evildoer "later", she resumes her usual activities as if nothing out of the ordinary happened.
