Feisty and energetic, Whiptail Dragons pride themselves on their speed and agility. It is not unusual to see several whiptails racing each other. Though fragile, they can easily evade attacks with their superior speed, and often use their long tails as a weapon, giving rise to their name.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Fearless Console is completely unlike his father, Death Strike, and especially his brother, Death's Whip. His personality is more like his mother's than anything else. He's gentle and quiet, honest and true. However, he is still a Whiptail, therefore sometimes his breed's instincts get the better of him.

As a hatchling, he was bullied by his elder brother, Whip. He thought him weak and always tried to "toughen him up". Console doesn't hold a grudge, nor has he ever tried to get back at his brother. However, he fears his brother and has gained the habit of wincing when dragons talk to him.
