Among the most intelligent of dragons, Razorcrest Wyverns often opt to use their brains over their brawn, hunting prey in elaborate ways and avoiding confrontation through clever diversions. Such efforts are helped by their strong affiliation with the air element; highly magical, Razorcrests can manipulate the wind to distract, disorient, and disarm their opponents. Their wit pervades every aspect of their personalities, which are rather quirky and vary wildly between individuals. However, they are generally amicable toward those who seek knowledge, as they value that above all else.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Cryptogram loves pen-and-paper puzzles and is especially fond of letter cipher puzzles: in a phrase, replace letters with different letters, and the goal is to figure out the original phrase. The Daily Dispatch uses one of his puzzles each issue, and the boss likes trying it before the paper is published and distributed. Cryptogram's been living in this network for a while now. He once did try to move to a brand new region after believing he's in a rut, only to decide he didn't want to be in that area any longer when people who'd never seen a razorcrest wyvern before thought he was a cursed "Green Bird" (he didn't look quite like a correct one), and worse, the language didn't lend itself to cipher puzzles at all. And there was upheaval due to some guy with a staff, witchlights under his control, and obsession with power. Soon, Cryptogram was back at the Daily Dispatch offices, providing puzzles. Because of his travels, he's occasionally sent back to report on events, to his dismay.
