Blusang Lindwyrms are quite different from most dragons in that they lack hind legs. In this regard, they resemble snakes, and this is evident in their movement; these lindwyrms slither along the ground, using their forelegs to lift them over rougher terrain. Blusangs are a coastal breed, preferring to live along rocky beaches and in seaside caves rather than sandy locations. They are omnivores who graze on seaweed from time to time, although their primary form of sustenance is fish.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Having a snobbish father and an elusive, vicious mother, Magniren was instead raised communally by various surrogate caretakers, after her mother, Sphinx, simply abandoned her egg to them. She is a very social and fun-loving creature, often sitting around engaging in chatter and gossip with various friends, and is quick to act when called upon. She is very forgiving and caring for others, making an effort to be much more maternal than her own parents were to her.

Being very social, she's sure to make frequent visits to her otherwise antisocial parents. While her father is mostly boring, her mother is very hard to please, but Magniren is almost impossible to offend and is very understanding of others' lifestyles.
