Canopy Dragons love to soar above the tropical jungles and other densely forested areas. Their billowing, layered wings create generous lift that allows them to ascend effortlessly over the warm jungle. While their unique wings do not make them the fastest flyers, they are champion gliders. To further this end, dexterity, maneuverability, and grace are all judged by the females when selecting their mates from the males that can accurately complete the exhausting and elaborate courtship dance between the close growing branches of the upper canopy.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

E74nS lives in a city entirely of dragons. As a wyrmling she was quite weak, which led to an ongoing joke about relatively weak objects having 'the strength of ten E74nS'.  She took the saying personally, and spent a lot of time working out, and eventually becoming incredibly strong. The joke remains, but in an augmented form: when applied to a normally weak object, it means it is strong, and when used on a strong object it means it is weak. The saying is now thought my many young dracons to refer to a mythical yeti-like monster called an 'Ettan'.

E74nS has a short temper, and is easily needled into doing things, so long as they are not outright stupid. She owns a scrapyard, and manages to make a living out of salvaging and referbishing odds and ends which she sells at her small shop. She has developed enough control over her anger that when upset she will vent her anger violently in the scrapyard's depths instead of remaining in public places
