Gold dragons are the ones most often killed by humans, who consider their scales to be extremely valuable. These golden scales grant them a high level of protection, similar to armor, and they use this to their advantage in battle.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Legation is Sierra-V's ruler and head diplomat, two titles she bestowed upon herself, since there was no single person in charge before she decided she would be. She tells subjects to do this or that, and somehow, she's never wrong about policies that really count. She grew Sierra-V from little more than an outcrop with trees to the whole valley. Legation apparently has a way of phrasing statements that suggests the listener obey her, Or Else... but no one can prove anything bad happens to those who don't listen. On the centennial of the land's resettlement and naming, people were fed up with Legation and the way she just decided she could boss everyone around like that. A mob stormed into her headquarters and ousted her. Due to the power void, chaos ensued as dragons big and big battled for leadership. Finally, after hours of struggle, the mob found Legation, scolded her for resigning and abandoning her responsibilities, and demanded she lead Sierra-V again, which she gladly did.
