Yellow-Crowned Dragons are found in the hottest, driest regions of the desert. Although they thrive in these conditions, they do very poorly in cold or humid climates. These dragons are very fast fliers and skilled hunters, and usually feed on small, quick desert antelope. Yellow-Crowned Dragons are diurnal, and spend the night in underground burrows they dig or steal from other creatures. They are often seen out sunning themselves in the early morning sun, waiting for the heat of the day to set in.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Radio Show Host was bored with his daily grind at his desert home. That is why he created a "community radio program", where he describes bizarre but also seemingly normal events in a fictional desert. A "radio" is, apparently, a device that can receive messages from "waves", but what he uses is just plain magic. Anyway, he has described things such as wheat and wheat by-products, a temperamental olive dragon who was once a mayor, parade day, a desert in a parallel universe, and a massive cult dedicated to the Smiling God. Radio Show Host has a cat named Khoshekh on his show, who has become rather popular with the audience, and he occasionally has his friends guest-star, like his best friend Steve Carlsberg, who plays "the worst guy there is", and his boyfriend who plays his in-show boyfriend (because that simplifies things). Before this "radio" show, most everyone around the desert was equally bored, but now they have a new spoken performance to look forward to every two weeks.
