White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Purespring is very mature for his age—he's only five hundred years old. But despite his youth, he fills his role perfectly, healing the hurt, and watching the eggs. He is the healer of the Shay Clan, and all the other Clan members come to him for advice. But under his calm, composed outside, he's actually scared and insecure. He doesn't let anyone see this though, by always keeping busy.
