Holiday dragons are a very mysterious breed. They are only seen during winter, and even then it is hard to catch a glimpse of one. They are responsible for the general cheer that spreads during the holidays. In essence, they are the “Spirits of Winter.”

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Warm Ignite tends to the archives building, which contains scrolls, books, and other written matter. If at least three dragons think it's worth saving for the future, it's placed in the archives. Because he hardly left the place and would even sleep under a table, the director and building manager had to enact a rule saying patrons and employees cannot remain there for more than a certain amount of time. Warm Ignite produces little flickers of fire from his wings and back, something he could do seemingly without thinking. He was nearly dismissed when the discovery was made, until colleagues and higher-ups realized the little flames were just illusions that didn't even leave any magical residue that could damage the items in the depository. Now, he's a nice light source for users walking around and studying at night.
