Fire Gem Dragons are a colorful, flamboyant breed often found in hot climates, particularly around active volcanoes. Their broad tails store the flames they breathe, which are colored by the heavy amount of minerals in the water they drink. These dragons come in a variety of colors, and will collect shiny trinkets and stones that match their own coloration. Despite their hoarding tendencies, though, Fire Gem dragons are social and will often congregate in groups and show off their collections while fawning over the stones their friends and rivals have gathered, occasionally arranging trades.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Admissibility is a skilled woodcarver. She is, as expected, very careful about how she conducts herself and pays attention to where her tail is at all times. Her favorite pieces to make, which happen to be popular with buyers as well, are furniture and necklaces dotted with colorful minerals. In Sand Hill Shop, where her goods are sold, she no longer has any storefront responsibilities due to customer behavior. Before the manager made this decision, "curious" visitors have pushed her and thrown things at her to goad her into moving carelessly. Nothing was ever set alight or badly damaged, fortunately, but once, the harassment sufficiently angered her, and she dragged one of them outside and "disarmed" him. While the court ruled that this was deserved of someone stupid enough to bully a dragon, other Sand Hill employees and members of the public who felt bad for her didn't wish for something like this to happen again.
