Holiday dragons are a very mysterious breed. They are only seen during winter, and even then it is hard to catch a glimpse of one. They are responsible for the general cheer that spreads during the holidays. In essence, they are the “Spirits of Winter.”

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. Shareholder likes to shake things. This began when a human dressed in a festive yellow and white outfit made an offering to him (it's a "gift", she said) and encouraged him to shake the canister before the date he was to open it. Now he likes to shake anything he can easily pick up, including living things. Any new object or person will receive a few experimental jolts, though some people have convinced him to just shake somebody's hand, not their whole body. This is called a "handshake", they said. He shakes them vigorously until the screaming stops, either because the person passed the stone or passed out.
