Few dragons embody serenity and potential quite as perfectly as Avatars of Creation. They dedicate their abilities to the arts of healing and growing, and their shimmering scales seem to glow in accordance with their mood. The tendrils of an Avatar of Creation grow slowly throughout its life, and the longer the tendrils grow, the more potent its abilities become.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

A shy creature with a love for all things misunderstood, this dragon is a friend to rats, crows, and bugs, taking in all that is unwanted and showering it with selfless affection. While this behavior is normally directed towards "icky" animals, it can and will extend to sentient beings as well, the dragon who is so shy in the company of others not hesitating even a moment before wrapping her wings around the homeless and outcast. Of course, her hopes of easing the wrongs of the afflicted are not so easily accomplished, and so it's a good thing that she doesn't go at them alone. The oldest of her set of helpers is an entire murder of magically enhanced crows, sarcastic, rude-mouthed things that nonetheless took a liking to her singing (and food) and now offer their help in finding and assisting those in need. The second of her helpers is her mate; another avatar of creation, and one she loves more than anything in the world, even if his feisty personality sometimes overwhelms her!
