Arsani Dragons place a heavy emphasis on community. They are born with the innate ability to sense the emotions of others in their own species, and therefore take great care to ensure the happiness of their brethren. It’s not uncommon for them to give gifts and affection to those around them without warning. This good-natured giving extends far beyond the reaches of their own kind. Anyone who gains the friendship of a Arsani Dragon is likely to receive food, pretty rocks, and occasionally even flowers at regular intervals. The shared connection of the Arsani Dragons also allows them to draw on each other’s strength when performing feats of magic, making them some of the strongest spell casters yet discovered.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Accreditation lives in Arsenatetown, unlike most of the dragons in the area who don't choose to live beyond Arsenate Skirts. When she was a baby, she was separated from her family as they migrated and was adopted by the human denizens of the town. According to the community hall records, she's unique in that her parents or guardians are listed as "village", something that has occurred only thrice in Arsenatetown history and only with human children until she came along. Accreditation is a schoolhouse space manager, meaning she keeps track of building users, places safety charms, and sometimes counts funds when the accountant is out sick or on holiday, and on cabinet appointment years, she's also a community hall guard. After all these years, she's formed a close bond with the majority of people in town and is sad whenever they leave for other places, though she still holds a tiny hope that she can meet her family. She wonders if they miss her.
