Spitfires are a desert breed of dragon. Their dull brown bodies contrast with their brilliant turquoise markings, and they only blaze brighter when these dragons fight. Spitfires are notorious for their territorial natures, and the wing-edges of most are ripped and tattered before their first year is out. Spitfires are also noteworthy for their brilliant blue fire, which is used not for hunting or fighting, but rather for making glass caves from the sand, in which the dragons can soak up the sun.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Atiar lives in a city entirely of dracons, along with his mate Bipunas. She makes window-panes and glass for picture frames. She is the source of many of the windows in the city. She is quite shy, and rarely admits to anyone that her work is all over the area. Her workshop is quite uninviting by its looks, but she maintains a customer base through Esivan's refusal to use any widows but Alitar's.

Alitar is colorblind, which makes her unable to appreciate most art very well. She is used to this, and along with her mate's lack of fashion sense, the two are potentially the most drab dracons in the city.
