It was previously believed that purple dragons were exclusively female, but this is not the case. Recent environmental shifts have revealed the existence of both genders of this breed. Female behavior is well known; they are primarily herbivores but will eat meat during mating season. On the other hand, very little is known about the behavior and habits of male purple dragons.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

When asked about this specific dragon, many have said that he was "very unique, and a little dangerous." Though the saying 'you shouldn't judge a book by its cover' should be used here, meeting Synthisis himself will change anyone's mind.

The Purple Dragon loves being around young dragons. Concerned parents are common visitors at his cave, but they have nothing to fear. The dragon seems to only like children because they will follow him around, playing a confusing game of follow-the-leader. He takes them on adventures almost anywhere, visiting places frequently that can be very dangerous to young dragons.

No one knows him as well as the youth that follow him around. They say that he speaks in whispers, sometimes shouting randomly and showing his pointed teeth in huge grins. While he may make the hatchlings nervous, the Purple Dragon never lets them get hurt. He'll jump in harm's way and take any danger onto himself before allowing a hatchling to gain any injury.
