Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It has stubby little wings and loves to play.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Chicken's interests change on a monthly basis, if not more often. His guardians feel it's great that he can keep himself busy at all times and finds neat details about something that the other kids usually dismiss as uninteresting, although he could stand to say "It's not a phase!" a little less often. He's a kind little wyvern who's shaky on social mores. Whenever he's called out for being mean, he becomes confused or distraught, unaware of his behavior until he's directly informed. Still, Chicken gets acquainted with others easily, and he has a small group of close friends. It's fortunate that he doesn't drop people as quickly as he drops hobbies.
