Hellfire Wyverns are so named for their foul tempers and fiery visages. Their social structure places all females above all males, due to superior physical characteristics and violent dispositions. Forced subservience of the males causes them to become vicious, petty, antisocial, and passive-aggressive compared to the aggressive and social females. However, orphaned hatchlings raised by foster parents of another species can develop surprisingly even tempers and mellow dispositions, proving that their defining unpleasant nature is, in fact, a learned behavior.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Fushichou Honou is a fairly even tempered dragon, having been raised away from his kind. He is a very useful warrior in the caves being very strong and having power over flame. After a while he decided to take a mate. Aithne Sunstone caught his eye. She was pretty enough but it was her attitude that really caught his attention. Though Aithne was an illegitimate child, she was received warmly by her step father, Edan of Old Time, when Aithne's mother took Edan to be her mate. Having inherited her step father's cheerful sunbeam-like disposition, she stood strong no matter what people said about her heritage. Fushichou had always been a bit of a wet blanket and cynical. He became very attracted to Aithne's almost child-like view of the world. Even though they were distantly related, they became mates. Fushichou is very proud of all of his children and has great joy and the fact that all of his children received quite a bit of their mother's personality, even those who are his breed.
