Black Dragons are warriors. They are strong and capable in battles of force, but also ample magic users, capable of devastating opponents with their spells. Their bright eyes give them excellent night vision, which is why they generally hunt during the night.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

SonBlackSpiral is a good looking, healthy, young Black Dragon. She is brave and strong, a warrior like all of her species. But SonBlackSpiral isn't content to spend her life just fighting, she wants to be rich and famous. She is an illusionist. SonBlackSpiral does 'magic' tricks, feats meant to look like magic while actually being done with slight of hand. She's become very well known within her cave, but she's trying to get permission to perform in caves nearby and human villages. No one is quite sure what to make of a Black Dragon in her prime who claims to do tricks without magic. But SonBlackSpiral is getting really good at slight of hand tricks, and hopes that will be enough to make her famous.
