Storm Dragons are the masters of the skies. They are excellent fliers and land only to rest and eat. In addition, they have full control of the weather. They are very hot-tempered and easily angered. They will attack any human that bothers them, conjuring strong winds and dangerous lightning.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Zowg has always felt slightly uneasy at his stormy heritage. Maybe it is due to his shadow walker ancestry, but Zowg has always preferred to slip peacefully through the world, instead of leaving destruction and mayhem in his wake. Other dragons in the Sagittarius Clan, a Clan famed for its brutality, tease him about his passive approach to life, but Zowg has always found a way to disappear before he was drawn into an argument. It should be said that Zowg is not notably more intelligent than his clan mates, nor is he in anyway more agile. He just has a talent of sorts, for disappearing when he is least expected too, and almost is repelled from any situation of conflict.
