Vampire Dragons are members of the undead. They sustain themselves by drinking the blood of others. It is said that they are only “alive” at night, and seem dead or asleep during the day, as they cannot endure sunlight for long periods of time. Vampire Dragons can only reproduce by changing the eggs of other dragons, puncturing the shell with their fangs and injecting venom that kills the baby inside.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

This mysterious and much-feared vampire lives near the small settlement of Darkwood and is known for his predictable, and yet still terrifying, attacks on the mortals that call themselves humans. Most vampire dragons are active every night, seeking to sink their fangs into the soft flesh of their victims and feast on their warm, red blood, but Nine Victims prefers to lie in wait until the full moon. Then, on a night where the moon shines so bright that it paints the landscape an eerily pale color, he slips quietly into the town and seeks out a certain number of victims. This number always remains the same, and is the reason why he is so terrifying: for he always takes the lives of nine of the village's most promising and talented humans. Never has he taken any less or any more, and no one has yet to discover why he prefers this mysterious number.
