Few dragons embody serenity and potential quite as perfectly as Avatars of Creation. They dedicate their abilities to the arts of healing and growing, and their shimmering scales seem to glow in accordance with their mood. The tendrils of an Avatar of Creation grow slowly throughout its life, and the longer the tendrils grow, the more potent its abilities become.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

9G Bot is an odd avatar. He and u.EXE are constantly building things out of bits of metal and strange, magical materials hoping that they do... something. Whatever they hope will happen, it invariably doesn't work. It is not uncommon for these contraptions to result in explosions that Bot insists must be the fault of some avatar of destruction that he has yet to spot; and many of these break the ends off of his tendrils. These ruined appendages cause  Bot to be worse at creating, which makes his contraptions more likely to explode and shear off more tendril. At one time others tried to advise him to try making easier creations and let his tendrils grow in properly, but to no avail. Nowadays other dragons simply leave Bot and .EXE alone in their cave in the far northwestern wilds. It has been some time since any reasonable dragon has gone there to see if the two have blown themselves up yet.

It has been said that even back when Bot and .EXE lived in the city none wanted to talk to them.
