Red Dragons are similar to typical story book dragons. They shoot flames, can fly, etc. However, they aren’t evil creatures as depicted in myths and won’t go around raiding castles, killing knights, or kidnapping princesses. They live in a variety of habitats, from forests to coastlines to abandoned castles, usually in warm climates, and eat whatever living creatures they can find.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Even by the standards of her relatively large species, Helheimir is a brute. Huge and lumbering, her immense bulk is as much huge-boned, heavy-muscled massiveness as it is her appetite. In truth, the big red female rarely overindulges, in that most of the time she eats merely what she requires to sustain her tremendous body. There are plenty of larger dragons in this world, but at the Breedery, there are few to outmass her. Most just try to stay out of her way, lest she step on them by mistake. She would be genuinely sorry, in most cases, but stepped on is stepped on...

Helheimir is not violent by nature, nor is she especially studious magically. But she has a mean streak. The quickest way to get on her bad side is to hurt her son, Bones. She knows that he is perfectly capable of defending himself, but should he be injured, let the enemy beware—Helheimir will take personal revenge. Immediately. Despite her lack of combat skill, her sheer size makes her wrath terrifying.
