Red Dragons are similar to typical story book dragons. They shoot flames, can fly, etc. However, they aren’t evil creatures as depicted in myths and won’t go around raiding castles, killing knights, or kidnapping princesses. They live in a variety of habitats, from forests to coastlines to abandoned castles, usually in warm climates, and eat whatever living creatures they can find.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Called simply Bones by most residents of the Breedery, this is a carefree fellow by the standards of his breed. He enjoys a bit of adventure and derring-do, but he gets bored easily by the nitty-gritty of soldiery and combat training. The thrill of fighting got old for him fast, as did sorcery—so much work just isn't his style. He fights adequately, but no more. Maybe he'll grow out of it, but for now, he mostly just runs around getting into trouble. Lurhstaap has had to return at least three maidens stolen by Bones for the sheer fun of it, not to mention several ill-gotten items of treasure.

Bones loves fire and burning his prey before eating; this is the source of his name. Bones does what he pleases when he pleases with little thought for others. At the same time, though, he is not cruel or malicious; when he can be made to see the consequences of his actions he is genuinely contrite. But his impulses always run away with him, and soon enough, Bones is at it again.
