Royal Blue dragons are a nocturnal breed who prefer to live high in the mountains near slow-moving water that reflects the night sky. Although quite capable of defending themselves, they are peaceful by nature and will avoid a fight whenever possible.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Betrothed to another from an early age, Evensong made it her life's work to rebel against this, by romancing a gold hatchling by the name of Aur, who unfortunately happened to be her betrothed's best friend. As they grew older, Evensong's marriage to Ia was cold and empty, and she sought refuge in Aur's arms, who had been forced into a marriage with a female who he loathed with a burning hatred. Yet when Aur met a shadow walker by the name of Byth, Evensong could see that he had finally found his true love, and gave him up, returning to her marriage with a heavy heart. Slowly, she and Aur rebuilt their friendship, returning to the norm, until the revolution occurred that severely weakened the Leo Clan, and it was Evensong who was the first one to arrive at his home, offering sanctuary to him and his family. While Aur declined this offer, preferring to send his family to neutral clans, Evensong watches over them still, in memory of the one she once loved.
