Sapo Dragons are a playful aquatic breed of dragon with soft, slippery scales. They are known for the beautiful, vibrant colors of their fins, which grow more vivid as they age, and for the bubbles they create. A Sapo may make bubbles to decorate their underwater nests, mark their territory, greet another dragon, or simply because they feel like it. Their delicate skin and thin scales are prone to external parasites, and so Sapo dragons are also fastidious groomers who will spend a considerable amount of time cleaning themselves, even using their bubbles to help blast away any unwanted debris.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

8ying is obsessed with things sliding over other things. He began his career in Seven Questions University's Impractical department, where he made loops of fabric that slid around slightly-raised platforms with rollers at the end that were enchanted to rotate so that the fabric slid around the platform indefinitely. A troupe of dancermusicians, led by ookkG (or possibly O0Gos, or 0GxGo, or oKKDx—all four say they're the leader) got on a whole set of these and performed a dance that became immensely popular. A physical therapist saw the routine and came up with a way to use such devices for rehabilitation, and some excercise aficianados decided to use 8ying's slippy loops to run inside when the weather was bad. 8ying's device was no longer impractical! She managed to transfer to Open Medical University in Nworset, where he now specialises in both his slippy loops and developing spells to help arthritic bones slip over one another at the joints.
