Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. Quizzaciously has a good memory for text and likes to look through all sorts of writings in any language to find words that appear least often. It doesn't matter that she doesn't know the languages she's looking through—one only has to notice patterns in characters to see which parts are less common than others. It isn't known what Quizzaciously does with the different bits she writes down and tells other dragons and humans about, though many people think she's conducting a lifelong study about words or trying to keep the rare words from disappearing completely by sharing them.
