Melismor Dragons are social, good-natured dragons that enjoy the shelter of forested areas. They live in close-knit family groups, burrowing deep into the earth and creating extensive, winding networks of underground burrows. While rarely seen at the surface, Melismor Dragons, when encountered, are known to be fiercely loyal and protective, yet kind when their families aren’t in any danger. These dragons are omnivorous, but most of their diet consists of plants, especially tender roots, and honey is a favored treat they’ll often bring back to their burrows to share.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
User Description
Badgerfloof is the only party planner in his clan, and the only one they need. His parents and aunt and uncle were visited by a summery party planner dragon when he was an adolescent, and she was just the nicest, funnest person he had ever met. Thereafter, his goal was to be like her and even traveled across Galsreim to learn her methods and get advice. Badgerfloof is milder, less sociable, and more self-effacing than a "typical" planner (he's only personally met five, too small a sample size to really judge), but his family and past clients don't believe his personality negatively affects his work. He really likes party favors made of animal parts, especially duck's neck horns. They make just the most delightful quack when blown, adding levity to any party. He must charge extra to supply them because each one takes a duck, but nearly all clients who've bought duck's neck horns are happy they did.
