Sunset Dragons are closely related to sunrise dragons. However, their behaviors differ greatly. Sunset Dragons generally live alone or in small packs. They are more active in the evening, hunting and performing all of their daily tasks as the sun sets.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

With the Durelen clan's continuing growth as more and more dragons continued to join their ranks, they faced many a threat, some of them large, such as raids and territorial disputes with neighboring clans who were after the same hunting grounds, and some small, such as the mysterious case of disappearing berries. Now, had it been a mysterious case of disappearing beef, it might have been a more high profile job for a detective of Sul's caliber to solve, but it puts food on the table nonetheless. The go-to dragon when anything goes missing Sul hardly ever finds herself with nothing to do, just the way she likes it. She's very persistent and puts her excellent night vision to good use during stakeouts, often catching the would-be thief red-handed.
