Lunar Heralds are deeply attuned to the two moons of Valkemare, Aurax and Cirion. Strictly nocturnal, they draw energy from moonlight and will only hunt when the moons have waned. When breeding, the amount of moonlight the parents receive from each moon will determine the color of the egg produced. When a Lunar Herald is struck by direct moonlight, an illusion of multiple wings may appear. Witnessing a Lunar Herald’s illusory wings is commonly believed to be a sign of good fortune.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Bronzepunk is an unsociable-by-nature breed living with a group of motley dragons who seem to know about all of the silly things called "etiquette" that vex her. They are family (well, most of them), so she feels obliged to remain with them. They give her a pass for most of her behavior as long as she agrees to make an effort to learn the rules. Bronzepunk is the guard of the network's main mouth. Due to her ignorance of subtle social cues, she's very difficult to fool and speaks her mind, and she has excellent vision, so the others all agree no one's better at the job than she is. When she isn't kept busy with tasks, she enjoys her alone time and spends that time tinkering with metal, particularly copper alloys, befitting her given name. She is responsible for the ticking fountain and several other odd contraptions, a few of which run on water power, magic, or a combination of both.
