Sophrosyne Dragons are a rare sight, typically making themselves known only to protect and heal the vulnerable. While it is known that they possess the power to reverse botched spells, some claim they can even cure methodically-cast curses. This has never been formally documented, but these dragons have been seen arriving in the aftermath of violence, and the scars of tragedy seem to heal faster in their wake. The feathers of a Sophrosyne have thus become a symbol of perseverance and light in the face of darkness.

Azure Flute is considered one of the most stunning dragons in the cave, even rivaling Raburi's beauty. His name stems from his deep blue color and at dawn, he tends to hum a tune that can be compared to a flute's sound. However, most of the dragons are puzzled by the fact that he wishes to primarily socialize with a Dark Green, even if his mate is an orange-tinted breed of Dark Green; a rare sight. He is frequently seen with Emrit, who he sees as a sibling.
